The policy

Digital reports are non-refundable once unlocked. Same standard as a Carfax — and here's why it's fair with us in particular: before you pay a cent, you've already read six open sections of your actual report — the executive preview, the intelligence highlights, the listing analysis, the photo intelligence, the model profile and the next-steps plan. You know exactly what you're unlocking. Nobody buys blind here.

"The report told me to walk away — refund?"

That's the report working, not failing. A walk-away confirmed for the price of a report — before the flight, the haul-out and the survey — is the best money-per-decision ratio in boat buying. The report is worth it whichever way it breaks.

The one honest exception

If we got it wrong — wrong boat analysed, a system error, a report that plainly isn't what the open sections promised — we fix it or refund it, no questions, no forms. Email us and a human answers: contact us.

The charge appears as "boatIQ Report" — so there's never a mystery line on your card.
